Please read before placing your order.

No Refunds: Due to the nature of our car-care chemical products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once products have been purchased, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Damaged, Leaking or Incorrect Goods: Customers must inspect their order immediately upon receipt. Any damaged, leaking, defective, missing or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery/collection, together with clear photographs or video evidence and proof of purchase.

Important Conditions: Products must not be opened, used, diluted, transferred into another container, or altered before a problem is reported. Claims submitted after the reporting period may not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer law.

Product Use: Customers must follow the product label and usage instructions. Mampholo BLU will not be responsible for damage caused by incorrect application, misuse, improper dilution, mixing of chemicals, or use on unsuitable surfaces.

Orders & Deliveries: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. Please check that the correct products, quantities and container sizes have been ordered before completing payment.
